The huts are ready for occupancy from 4.00 pm! On the day of departure, please leave the houses swept clean by 9.30 am.
Please inform us of later arrival times.

Bed linen and 1 towel set per person are provided. Please bring your own additional towels or order an additional towel set for € 5.50.

You will receive a confirmation once we have received the deposit. Only then is your reservation finalised. If we do not receive the deposit after 5 working days, this means for us: You do not want to come after all and we will pass on the hut / flat if necessary.

Please order Kornspitz and Semmerl for breakfast at reception by 10.00 am the day before. We will bring the breakfast pastries to your door at around 7.30 am.

Dogs are very welcome here. They can be brought along for an additional fee of € 95.00 per dog and stay.

There are 2 parking spaces available per house.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, with your EC debit card or by direct bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept credit cards!

Cancellation is possible up to 3 months before departure.

Of course, this involves a certain amount of effort on our part - we charge between EUR 150.00 and EUR 500.00 for cancellations.

• Cancellations from 3 months before the start of the booking will be charged at 50% and from 1 month before the start of the booking at 70%.
• Cancellations 14 days before the start of the booking will be charged at 100%!

Preparation is everything, which is why the checklist from "Mei Zeit" is so important for preparing my holiday.

• Oven lighter (e.g.: Husch)
• Coffee: filter no. 4
• Cleaning products (bathroom cleaner, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tabs with rinse aid)
• Toilet paper
• rubbish bags
• Additional towels if required
• Please send special requests in writing by e-mail in good time before arrival
• Please inform us of any changes to the number of persons

As the Wi-Fi hotspot does not reach every hut, a separate access point with unlimited data volume can be reserved in advance (limited number) for € 20.

We are happy to wash dirty laundry for € 8.00 per machine.
