You will receive a confirmation after the booking confirmation has been sent and the deposit has been paid to the specified account number. Your reservation is not finalised until we have received this confirmation. If we do not receive a deposit within 5 working days, this means for us: You do not want to come after all and we will pass on the hut / flat if necessary.

Cancellation is possible up to 3 months before departure.

Of course, this involves a certain amount of effort on our part - we charge between EUR 150.00 and EUR 500.00 for cancellations.

• Cancellations from 3 months before the start of the booking will be charged at 50% and from 1 month before the start of the booking at 70%.
• Cancellations 14 days before the start of the booking will be charged at 100%!
